Yesterday we visited Calloway's Nursery and had a very disappointing experience, although the store was upkept well and clean. My three year old son was standing on a few bags of mulch while I was right next to him - literally within arms reach. I fully understand there are safety concerns, and if Cheryl had calmly asked me to move him, I would have done so immediately. Instead, Cheryl ran over clapping her hands at my child yelling, "Get off! I don't need your parents suing us if you fall!" She directed this at a THREE YEAR... read more
Lyly and the other ladies were wonderful when I brought in my snake plant to be re-potted. They let me know how to keep it alive and just were so helpful!
We love this store and location. The manager, Nathan, is super personable and friendly and makes sure you're taken care of. We had an issue with a tree purchase and he made sure it was taken care of in the least stressful way. They keep the customer in mind as they serve. Very grateful!
Cheryl was such a great help to me when I was there shopping for my wife for her birthday. I didn't have a clue what to get but that was not a problem, since she knew alot about the plants and was very helpful and kind. My wife was surprised and loved everything! Thank you again......
