We had my favorite pot break in a storm. I called the location in Richardson and asked if I could send a pic of the pot to see if they had a replacement. They told me I could bring the picture in and they would help me look for it… not helpful. I called another location and asked if I could email them a pic to see if they had the pot and was told for security reasons they couldn’t give out an email address… (they have my phone number name and address in their system mind you) not helpful. Beautiful store. Plants were very nice. And the manager Sher was such wonderful help!
