Such a lovely place. I stopped by today to have my bonsai checked, and Andrew, the GM, was just such a blessing. I walked in a little before they closed, but he was so patient and never once made me feel rushed. They offer a lifetime guarantee, and they stand by it. My bonsai sadly couldn’t be saved, so they gave me a full refund. Just genuinely lovely people who take care of their customers. They’ll keep my business!
Great plants but horrible customer service!! No greeting, in the store for over an hour and had to seek out staff to ask questions! The young cashier acted as though it was a chore to check us out and had no clue on any sale questions! You expect to be treated nicely when spending several hundred dollars! To top it off, no assistance loading plants in our vehicles!!!!! No THANK YOU for shopping our store etc! Will spend our money elsewhere next time. very friendly staff. plants are in great condition for the most part. they offer surprising guarantee in case you have any bad luck with the plants you buy there. haven't had to use it but they were quick to tell me about it. selection was good. found a plant that I had been looking for at several nurseries and couldn't find it before visiting.
