Without a doubt my favorite nursery! Calloway’s consistently delivers incredible variety and top-tier plant quality. The staff is always friendly and helpful. A special thank you to Logan for consistently going above and beyond to help me find exactly what I need for my garden!
Lovely place. There is a wonderful employee named Monte that was very helpful. I was interested in a liquid fertilizer and she knew the product and explained how best to use it. Monte is a credit to this place with her nice demeanor and knowlege.
The manager is some masculine old lady with short hair. And she's not very friendly. So is it any wonder that they're short-staffed?
Teresa was fantastic. She took all the time we needed and was extremely knowledgeable about the plants we selected.
Great plants but horrible customer service!! No greeting, in the store for over an hour and had to seek out staff to ask questions! The young cashier acted as though it was a chore to check us out and had no clue on any sale questions! You expect to be treated nicely when spending several hundred dollars! To top it off, no assistance loading plants in our vehicles!!!!! No THANK YOU for shopping our store etc! Will spend our money elsewhere next time.
