Teresa was fantastic. She took all the time we needed and was extremely knowledgeable about the plants we selected.
Great plants but horrible customer service!! No greeting, in the store for over an hour and had to seek out staff to ask questions! The young cashier acted as though it was a chore to check us out and had no clue on any sale questions! You expect to be treated nicely when spending several hundred dollars! To top it off, no assistance loading plants in our vehicles!!!!! No THANK YOU for shopping our store etc! Will spend our money elsewhere next time.
Although everyone who works there is really helpful and friendly, the selection is limited. Furthermore, they do not fresh cut the trees. I saw that on the website but when I asked I was told “they are all fresh cut” and that is NOT what is advertised on their site. A little disappointed. On the plus side, they give you a bag and base for the tree and help you load it, hence the extra stars.
Several times I have visited this nursery and each time I was greeted by Teresa. She shared her thoughts and advice on my landscape issues. I am appreciative of her patience and expertise.
