We usually choose to shop here because of exceptional customer service. We literally went today when this place was about to close up for some Texas Sage. We were immediately greeted and helped by Chris. He noticed that we had our toddler and our dog with us, so he guided us and even took all the plants to the register for us. The lady at the register was also very nice. Customer service like Chris’s is what brings us back to this location!

Such a lovely place. I stopped by today to have my bonsai checked, and Andrew, the GM, was just such a blessing. I walked in a little before they closed, but he was so patient and never once made me feel rushed. They offer a lifetime guarantee, and they stand by it. My bonsai sadly couldn’t be saved, so they gave me a full refund. Just genuinely lovely people who take care of their customers. They’ll keep my business!
Great plants but horrible customer service!! No greeting, in the store for over an hour and had to seek out staff to ask questions! The young cashier acted as though it was a chore to check us out and had no clue on any sale questions! You expect to be treated nicely when spending several hundred dollars!
