My last two visits to this location has been very unpleasant. The manager is very flippant and the store isn’t well stocked compared to other locations. The manager doesn’t seem knowledgeable or willing to do to his job. Everything seems marked up or priced incorrectly. It’s a shame because this location is close to my home and I find myself going to the little elm or Lewisville locations for better selection.
Wonderful people. Our trees didn't make it but they made sure to refund as promised. They went the extra mile in every way. This location is worth the drive if they're not the closest one to you. Special thx to Sylvia. Today's pumpkin selection was amazing. We will see you at Christmas!
The strawberry blonde male with the long hair in a ponytail is extremely hostile, unhelpful, and reeked of cigarettes. I will drive to the Little Elm location even though this store is five minutes from home.
Great well laid out nursery. There is everything here. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Varieties selection is amazing. Prices are better than Lowe's and Home Depot. I wish I'd known about this nursery months ago.
TRAVIS and PEYTON were both wonderful in helping us pick plants for our garden. Both were helpful, knowledgable and patient. PEYTON may be a young high school kid but don’t underestimate him! His demeanour, temperament, expertise and interest in plants, and maturity in understanding the customers needs and responding accordingly, and his eagerness to help is a delight to see. The kids these days are alright!
