Knowledgeable, helpful staff, well stocked and well run. The manager, Sherilyn has helped us for years, knows us and welcomes us whenever she is there during our visits. We are delighted that management has recognized her talent and elevated her to store manager. I'm sure she'll do a great job.
Sheeeesh....nice flowers and beautiful facility, but they are not a fan of working with the community. Literally every other nursery in town has worked with the schools to help us get bulk pricing for school gardens, and the person who answered the phone said "Our company really doesn't do that because we give to other foundations already, but you can call corporate and try." The flowers are great, but if you had to be a neighbor, you would not be happy. They don't maintain the area between their store and the neighborhood. At one point, they had a barrier to the neighborhood by large plants that really separated them from the neighborhood. This is the store on Plano Road. They are not kind neighbors and could not care less about the neighborhood. Corporate office, I want you to know about a recent visit to your Lewisville (Round Grove Rd) location. I've been there before but didn't get the best treatment from your male store manager. This time, I needed help with a plant that I was about to give up on. Sara and Rainie (not sure of spelling) were EXCELLENT. They gave solid advice and helped me re-pot the plant. It's looking a lot better now. Please thank them for their service and making your name look good. Both girls gave 5 star service.
