they kicked us out cuz we had two claims. we used them for about 10 years somehow my basement flooded twice n had claimed twice so they decide kick us out. we paid them 10 years insurance n kicked us out with 2 claims. smh. would not recommend use them.

Dee has always been great to work with! We haven't needed her assistance for several years (thank goodness!), but she has always been readily available and so helpful when we need her. The only reason I gave a 9 instead of a 10 is because we live in Louisville and Callistus Smith is located in Southern Indiana. I would definitely recommend!
