I've been with this company for 3 company changes. This last change has been a horrible experience. The agent that was assigned to myself and my daughter has been the most incompetent and lazy agent I have ever dealt with. I have asked to add to my policy on my last renewal and she has yet to get back to me and it's been a year now. That is one example of the experience I have has with her.
