Booked our caravan and tow vehicle in with Craig for a service. So glad we did! Craig picked up concerning issues with our caravan braking system that could have had very serious repercussions had we continued along on our trip. Craig and Davida even accommodated us in our caravan on their property while we were waiting for parts to be sourced and repairs to take place. Craig was very thorough. Very glad we stopped where we did!
Absolutely ridiculous experience. This holding yard charges storage fees even on weekends and public holidays like Easter — days when they're not even operational. It’s a complete rip-off. Most places offer some grace or at least don’t charge for days they’re closed, but not here. Feels like they’re just looking for ways to squeeze every extra dollar out of you. Definitely wouldn’t recommend unless you enjoy paying for nothing.
Highly recommend! Super trustworthy garage: they take the time to explain and show you exactly what's going on with your vehicle, and they clearly lay out your differents options without pushing anything unnecessary. Really honest and transparent. As a backpacker, it can be hard to know who to trust, but this place is solid—no scams.
