incredibly rude staff with horrible wait times and no communication whatsoever. doctors expect you to just have a five second meeting rather than actually discuss your concerns. i cried to my doctor about my severe chronic pain and she rescheduled my appointment to next month as i was “too upset for a conversation” although i was just expressing my severe discomfort and pain. i don’t think i’ll be coming back here i would much rather end up in emergency six months later.
Called in the lady was really rude , this has happened every single time I call , and I was the 20th patient to ever visit this office when it originally opened .
Having the wrong phone number listed should've been the first clue. Called looking to get stitches and got sent to Ellerslie Medical Clinic on the south side where they don't do medical procedures. Had to drive back to the west end in the end! Wasted gas and time!
