Wouldn't Take My Dog there. After first visit was told to Make appointment ; I did so and Still waited more than hour. With either " Stoned or drunk guy falling against me several times. Then when Finally in room. Dr. Comes in talks So fast & throws several papers for tests & walks out.
Dr Kris is very nice, always a good experience however they are not available on Wednesday so ended up booking with Dr Lee, I didn’t have good experience, when I started explaining them that what I am experiencing and why, they said my list is too long and they only have 15 mins for me and it was just the first 2 mins of our conversation, not willing to listen whereas Dr Kris would always listen to us and give right solution but this time we did not get any solution. Bad experience
Awful Experience, Dr O.Francis. I was shocked to find a two faced lying doctor who talked more about his practice with stars in his eyes and drool then any plan for his patients health or any proper medical advice to someone in need. Stomach turning, yuck, hard pass.
Bloody awful. Impossible to make an appointment either online or by calling. On hold for ages, then goes to messages never to be called back - ever. Been trying to get an appointment for refills on life-saving meds for two weeks now, only to be completely ghosted!! This has been going on for years now - only stayed in hopes of the return of Dr McAvoy who was the absolute best. She is still listed as a Dr with this clinic but seems to have been absent for about 6 years now!!!! What the hell is going on?? Well done Callingwood... read more
You are never able to get through to their reception desk. They have a third party answering service who cannot provide any services like booking appointments or cancellations. This answering service is also super unprofessional.
