Such a great place! They offer a full range of physical rehabilitation and recovery services, with a professional, friendly staff in a peaceful atmosphere. They have been a post-injury lifesaver!!!!
Highly recommend Callinan Wellness! I was having extreme tightness and cramping in my calves leading up to running a full marathon. I tried everything on my own to relieve it. I saw Jeff for dry needling, which I had never tried before! Jeff's knowledge and expertise was clear. He was able to tell which parts of the muscle needed attention. 2 days after the treatment the tightness was completely gone and I was in great condition for the marathon. His office is so nice and I will definitely be back for more treatments!
Tried cryotherapy after a month of working out at a new gym and I’m hooked. After all the workouts, it felt like the perfect way to recover and reset. Cryo helps with muscle soreness, inflammation, circulation, energy, and overall recovery. And honestly, I walked out feeling SO much better, not to mention an insane cool down during this heat wave. Coming back weekly, cause I deserve it, and so do you!

I have been getting serviced at CA Wellness for over two years now, and it has not only improved my athletic capabilities but my long term physical health. Prior to my first appointment, I suffered from reoccurring knee injuries that I expected only to continue with my soccer career. However, Jeff and the staff proved that pain was not a forever issue.
