I purchased a sofa from Calligaris/Ditre a year ago, and recently experienced an issue with the zipper. Despite the product being under warranty, Calligaris has refused to accept my claim, citing that they have not received any reports of this issue before. I am disappointed with the lack of support and understanding from Calligaris. As a loyal customer who has purchased from them before, I expected better customer service and adherence to their warranty policy.
Irritating to deal with.
Trying to get the CORRECT legs for the table we purchased in Oct/2021. Plenty of emails sent, phone calls made. NO response
