Amazing store and great selection of items. It’s geared towards luxury, high end clientele.
Didn't even come and greet us or asked if we needed help. Just saw us coming in and didn't care.
Bought a “metro” sofa with cullinan fabric in 2019. The fabric had blemishes from the jump but I was told to use a linen brush to get it out and it never worked. Covid put other issues into the fore. The cushions started sagging in the first year, despite infrequent use (supplemental sofa to our other one). Few years later and the sofa is just awful looking. Sagging cushions and rapidly wearing fabric, again, despite infrequent use. Priced like a euro couch but built like a mail order couch. Strongly recommend against this. ... read more
