The experience was exhaustive. I placed my order December 2024 and final delivery was complete August 2025. Initially, I received the wrong finish from what I had ordered. The staff informed me that my reorder was “denied” by the manufacture. Sadly, I had to threaten with a dispute if the situation isn’t corrected. To make matters worse, a floor sample was delivered to my house a week later in which I sent back and demanded a new table ordered from the manufacture stat. I love Calligaris! My Sunshine dining room table is elegant and modern. We get so many compliments on it from our friends. The staff is super helpful and the delivery crew did a great job setting it up and moving it to the perfect position. We got our bedroom furniture there 7 years ago and it is like new. We've never had any problems.
I've been looking for dining table and sectional for several months but it is not easy to take a perfect set for kitchen and living sections. Today I finally get beautiful marble table and fabric sectional. Mary who helped me was so kind and made me choose the right items with good price. I really recommand this place. If you need a beautiful Italian dining table, you can find the best one for you.
I would stay away from this place. The furniture is beautiful but it's incredibly expensive and our $7k+ table broke after 18 months. It actually only needed a small repair and they refused to replace the small plastic part that broke - instead they said we needed to spent more than $1k to replace a "frame" that the plastic part connects to. They didn't go to bat for us with the manufacturer to try to get a replacement part despite us having spent more than $12k with them
We buy two nigthstands, worst nigthmare ever. 9 month to solve, many calls many eMails, incredible.
