Callie went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help us find an investment property in Lubbock. She treated the search/showing process as if she were helping a member of her own family. She focused on helping us find and negotiate the best property for us. She also walked us through EVERY step after the contract was signed through closing and beyond. She even set us up with an amazing lender and worked hand-in-hand to make sure the process was as seamless as possible…doing it all long-distance too! She is the BEST!

We’ve been working with Callie since January, and it’s truly been such a blessing. Her patience, warmth, and genuine care made the entire process as a first time home buyer so much easier. In December of last year we actively began looking for our first home. Our lease was ending come February and we were really hoping to find something by then. Being first time home buyers in a sellers market we really had no idea what we were getting ourselves into. Going up against 10 - 20 offers we were turned down time and time again.
