I’m disgusted at how they treat customers. After unsuccessfully trying to call the salon, leaving messages to the hairdressers & voicemail, plus one of the women, Bianca, left messages on her phone to please call back, have NOT had any call back from ANY of them, they totally ghosted me, NO reason given as to why they Never replied / called, now I am stuck with 3 inches of regrowth, partial foils blonde & the rest came out orange colour. I am Beyond upset / angry especially after spending over $800 -+ inc my daughters hair
I had a wonderful experience at this salon and especially with Yasmin. My hair was a mess after months of working with chemicals. Yasmin was able to give me a superb haircut and make my hair shine again! You can go there without a doubt, she's amazing!
