I have used this company for ten plus years and up to the last call, they were pretty good. The last call went poorly to say the least. The guy was very polite but blew off our first appointment. After calling him again (loyalty at work here) he came out and made what seemed like a reasonable repair. The repair ended up not working and now I can't get him out here to fix it.
