I have no complaint concerning the treatment of my pet. However, I took her in for three vaccination shots - normally at any other vet clinic under $100. VCA did tests about which they didn't inform me nor did I approve them, and the bill was over $400. I expect to be consulted BEFORE a test or treatment is done; for all VCA knew, another vet had recently done the same tests. Or my pet may have formerly had a bad reaction.
