My husband missed an appointment. Totally his fault and not excusing it in any way. I was the lucky person to answer the call for the appointment and spent about 10 minutes getting berated by her over his mistake. I was told if he has a history of this then he must really have problems.

Absolutely terrible experience. At first she seemed nice. Her only flaw was that during my sessions - 80% of the conversation would be about her life, and would barely relate to my issues that I was trying to address (she would talk to me about her husband and her learning French and Italian!!!!). All was fine, until one day I forgot that she put me down for an appointment, but usually she confirms with my father afterwards, and she didn't.
