BUYER BE WARE! Sold a car that had 3 months warranty because it was under 10 years old but dealer refused service when the car broke down that same day!! He also lied about the log book servicing which I confirmed with the mechanical workshop he claimed did the "regular services" which instead the car had not been serviced for 3 years!! As it was out off hours when i looked up a vehicle for sale by this mob i emailed the sales person as firdcted by the Website instructions and asked for a call back. The car wasone that my neighbour who is a disability pensioner really wanted the car. I waited till 10.30am but had not received a call back. Eventually i got an email which simply said ooen till430pm. Just excellent
Bought a car from them about a month ago, was assured by the salesman that It was mechanically sound. As a pensioner I explained that I was in need of a car that was reliable and the three thousand dollars I was spending to buy it had taken me three years to save. That was all the savings I had, since I had spent the rest on trying to fix my previous car. Now I understand that in life no one can guarantee nothing will go wrong and there's no warranties on a car under 4000 dollars under the Australian consumer law. But... Day... read more
