Critical info for trans people: I revoked records sharing consent with Callen Lorde multiple times, yet clinics in completely different parts of the country have had access to my medical records anyways. I've been coming to callen lorde for around a year now. Every time I go to get my prescription, nothing is ever ready and I wait at the pharmacy sometimes for over an hour just to be told my prescription hasn't been preauthorized (with no explanation to what that means or what I should do.) I wish I could speak highly of coming here, but every time without fail it causes me to feel extremely stressed out. Warning: do not schedule any appointments with Lisa Donehue. I had been looking for a psychiatrist who accepts my imsurance for a little while, so i was excited to find Lisa. I was especially excited to have a fellow trans person as my provider. I couldnt be more disappointed. She never came earlier than 10-15 mins late. She often canceled appointments last minute, once even canceling 40 minutes AFTER the appointment was supposed to start.
