I *really* wish I didn’t feel the need to write a bad review. I’ve tried to be understanding because I know the workers are overworked & underpaid & the need for lgbtq-affirming healthcare is so dire. However, as a trained health professional, I’m appalled at some of their practices. Their behavioral health team consistently puts in their notes “no SI/HI/self-harm”, but I’ve never been asked about it by the providers. I’ve been going here since 2021, and it seemed like they really did care. I’m not sure what’s happened within the past four years. The communication lacked heavily, especially from my doctors. I don’t get my refills on time and im the one scolded saying im not filling them on time (I do, they don’t have it ready on time for pick up). Elsbet Servay saved my emotional and physical life. I hope she reads this so she knows how much she means to me. I have been a patient of hers for years, and during that time, I was not in my best emotional state. My parents, brother, and partner all passed away suddenly in a very short period.
