Scheduled an appointment for a consultation and no one showed up with no phone call or notification. They showed up 24.5 hours after the scheduled day and I turned them away at the door due to the timing. They claimed they would call me to reschedule and they have not reached out and it has been 6 days since.
The Callen Team did a super job - with the on-site installation teams being courteous, skilled, and professional. Truly, a great job.
