Expert service from start to finish Very easy to work with and our new windows are energy efficient and beautiful!
The sales rep that has been to our house is really good and knows his stuff, and the two guys that did our windows this time around did an excellent job, Painters on the other hand weren't the best, obviously rushed the job and every window they painted was black overspray 2 ft around on our new white siding that I spent hours on a 20 ft ladder cleaning off.
Callen was great to work with starting with the consultation, estimate process, progress on ordering and receiving the materials, scheduling the installation and finally, delivery of the warranty. Their work product was outstanding exceeding our expectations. We will not hesitate to use Calken again for our future projects.
Callen exceeded our expectations in all ways. They recently replaced 15 of our windows and we could not be happier with Marvin Infinity windows, the highly skilled installation and all the other aspects of working with Callen. Communication, follow through and follow up were outstanding.
