Just found out today I am a client of Called to Care I will not have someone to bathe me for 2 weeks not all workers are trained in everything sad to say. My other care provider is on holidays for 2 weeks very sad. Says on their website that they bathe you false info some care aides can not. Excellent care delivery
I have called to Care and they are not that great. I would cosider public instead of private home care because public home treats you with respect and dignity. This called to Care has done a lot of mistakes seams like I get blamed for them. Becareful of you get private or public Home Care. An update I would never get called to care because once they break you China dished they will not come good for it Not bonded they stole or lost $150.00 pair of pants. SUPER disappointed with this company. NOT one instruction at all on what I need to come there to do or how long it will Take. I couldn't pee a full 60 ml so they called my employer and told them I refused the pee test, tried to make it sound like i wouldnt do anything for them. THIS was not the case I had to go to work after I did the pee test but they said it wasn't enough urine, THEY did not tell me I would have to sit there for hours till I peed.
