Spam. Had a couple calls with them and then informed them our company would not be interested, but i receive constant emails from Vincent with a copy/paste email. This isn't professional and comes across as spam. Take a hint.

Had two Exploratory Meetings scheduled with a Callbox representative, but they were no-shows (Jan 21 and Feb 3). I waited in the Zoom meeting room, but nobody showed up to let me in. Their service might be fine, too bad I never had the opportunity to even speak with somebody!

Lu's presentation skills are very good, we are however not convinced that the offered third party lead generating campaign is capable to build up new customer relations for us on our behalf. We are not convinced that this personal part of the business development can in general be delegated to a third party.

I attended a sales pitch with callbox, they did a great job presenting and the product seemed solid, we already engaged with a demand gen company or we would have given callbox a shot. we still might if our current engagement does not workout. Pricing was reasonable and Alex Diaz was knowledgeable and answered all my questions.
