Lu's presentation skills are very good, we are however not convinced that the offered third party lead generating campaign is capable to build up new customer relations for us on our behalf. We are not convinced that this personal part of the business development can in general be delegated to a third party.

My Callbox experience was pleasant initially but it turned sour during our last campaign. I'm not sure what happened but their performance and responsiveness dropped drastically and rapidly. Every time we would follow up with them, there were apologies and improved performance for a week or two but they would then become unresponsive once again. I attended a sales pitch with callbox, they did a great job presenting and the product seemed solid, we already engaged with a demand gen company or we would have given callbox a shot. we still might if our current engagement does not workout. Pricing was reasonable and Alex Diaz was knowledgeable and answered all my questions.
