This Vet Dr. Robert Callaway, refused to treat my mothers Chihuahua due to a unpaid bill left by my sister over 6 years ago. Now the bill was not even for the animal taken in for him to treat. He checked the pet,then diagnosed her with ulcerating mammary cancer, I was advised that she would need to have it removed and the hernia fixed or she would die; he then gave a price of 600+ for the surgery and services needed for the pet, at this time I am still in the understanding he will be doing the treaments. The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. They are clearly an expert in the field. I felt totally safe and confident in their care. Unlike other veterinarians I've been too, I have never seen them appear overwhelmed by too many pets. Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking. Did this veterinarian answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely, they were an expert! Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes, they made sure I had everything I needed!

Was this veterinarian friendly to your pet? Extremely friendly, I could really tell his/her love for animals. Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt! How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? There is no comparison! Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient. Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they had everything you could possibly need!
