Nice, new, clean, convenient, comfortable, cozy, near hospital, grocery, restaurants, banks, museum, library, parks, new modern public swimming pool, and other businesses. Choice of simple/economy room or larger suite with larger beds, more room and furniture.

Nice little motel, but dated.
Nice simple room. Everything you really need for a quick stay. The wifi is good. Password is in the nightstand drawer. No front desk. You can check in at the co-op gas/convenience store about two blocks away. Individual temperature controls in the room.
