NO THEY ARE NOT OUR BUILDERS. BEWARE of them if they are building next to you. We built our home in Bundamba and construction was completed in July 2024. The house next door just started the constructions. We were not sure how to contact the owners, so we decided to wait until the owners move in. But we had to build the fence on emergency as we have dog and not viable to keep it open. We just moved into our Calloway built home and are loving it! The build was smooth from start to finish and the team were communicative. Their resources are top quality and their team (and contractors) were top notch. Thank you to the Calloway Homes team, forever grateful to have our first home build experience a fantastic, above and beyond one!
Callaway homes built a beautiful home for me and my wife, but unfortunately the clean was well below par. with silicone being walked through the whole house, as well as the alfresco area covered in dirt. It was extremely disappointing. To follow up I called Callaway home to discuss my issue. Only to have the receptionist be extremely rude, telling me to take it up with maintenance, just before being hung up on. I wish I could have given a better review because we love the house. One of the staff named Katrina who answered my call. She was so rude to me and trying to pass my call to someone without understanding what I was trying to say. Firstly, she said send mail to MORGAN and then I explained why I called then she said send mail to MARK. After few seconds, I tried to call again and KELLY answered the call and she was so polite and helpful.
Callaway Homes exceeded our expectations! Beautiful craftsmanship and timely completion. Would recommend them to anyone looking to build.
