We used these guys for a bathroom remodel. We are now selling our house. The inspector found that they cut into the support joists underneath our bathroom when doing the install. They also left all their wood and trash underneath our house. This attracts termites. We had to give $5000 in seller concessions for our home sale. I wouldn't use these guys, but that's my opinion
Maybe the Hendersonville team delivers a different quality than the Brentwood team, but our renovation was a total nightmare. I wish I had a better review. We used Callaway to renovate pretty much our whole home. It was a mistake. Communication was good and the main POC Jordan was nice, but the quality of work was absolutely awful. Literally had to RE-demo our whole bathroom floor after we had moved back in because it was so bad. Just one of many other things that went wrong.
