In the process of beginning to play golf and I needed clubs. Ordered two wedges and a hybrid. After 6 days, I received the two wedges and one was the completely wrong club from what I ordered. Still no hybrid so I called customer support and apparently they sold me one that was not in inventory so they offered to sell me a different one with expedited shipping. Excellent service today from Tadd Rhyan at Callaway Pre-Owned. He is very knowledgable, has worked there 17 years, knew more than I did about technical specs on the clubs and thankfully, was very patient with me. As much as I appreciate my local PGA Superstore for all my purchases, I ordered a Like New Paradigm X hybrid for 1/3 price. That's a great deal!! Thank you Tadd!! Woody - metro Boston
They REGULARLY ship the wrong item and make it very hard to return the item at full value, even though they sent the wrong item. This company is in a bad place and doesn't understand the times. I recommend buying from another brand or company.
This place is the most hit or miss place. I have ordered multiple times( 5 or 6) and in this time every club beside one has been as listed for condition. In this time I have received right handed clubs ordering left, and waited up to 2 months before receiving refunds for returns and Trade ins and had to call multiple times to push the process along. But by far the most annoying thing about this place is the shipping… it says three to five days shipping and they make you pay 10 dollars for it… trick is that you won’t receive ... read more
