callaway electric will shut you down for sceduled maintence. they choose the heat of the day with a heat index of 100 and do so without any notice regardless of health conditions or age. when called on it by customer or News agency the CEO will outright lie and say that they notified every customer the night before. they could have shut it off at 8 am but choose to do it at high noon. they could have built a bypass to minimise the time off line to a blink but choose to have it down for hours. growing up I lived in town it ne... read more
Usually we are patient allowing the electric co-op to fix outages. Today is the last straw. We’ve been out for 4 hours and it should be fixed by now.
