Bloody top-notch mob, these Callaway Diesel blokes. I’ve been on the road longer than I care to remember and I’ve seen my fair share of dodgy workshops that’ll charge ya an arm and a leg then still leave ya on the side of the highway two days later. Not these fellas. you can tell they’ve worked on more trucks than I’ve had hot dinners
I went in this shop to inquire about getting our company trucks serviced here. We are local and we have 5 trucks on the road daily and often need servicing. I spoke to a tall skinny mechanic who was extremely rude. I simply asked him if his scrap bin was for sale, because our company buys scrap. Before I could even mention our trucks, he said "I didn't invite you in, none of your business, leave!" And he walked away. He is clearly insecure or weak, and I don't plan on giving them any business. Horrible customer service. Must... read more
