Since zero isn't a option . Absolute lack of skills in a emergency situation that required two surgeries . No knowledge on the medically necessary coding and results to patient in need of care , with insurance to get denied claims . It would be medically necessary , if patient required such things ? Obviously lack of assessment is a concern .
