Had a disappointing experience at Carlisle Corvette 2025. The guy at the booth wasn't helpful. I approached the booth and started asking questions with the guy and I turned around to address something with my kid for like 5 seconds maybe 10, turn back to finish our conversation and he already moved on trying to sell a T-shirt. I waited for a few moments and it was pretty obvious that the conversation with that customer was being extended for no reason so I walked away disappointed as I was a serious customer. Phenomenal experience with Tom Oates, Sheldon Watrous, and the entire Old Lyme Crew at Callaway. Everyone provided great service, answered all my questions, and made my buying experience a memorable one!! Glad to be part of the Callaway Family!!
