Has been a terrible experience thus far. They have had my brand new Yukon back in their shop 3 times and still can't figure out the programming. The car runs rough at low speeds. They have given it back to me multiple times assuring me that they have fixed the problem only to admit later they have not. The latest story I have heard is the air conditioning may be the problem. Had a disappointing experience at Carlisle Corvette 2025. The guy at the booth wasn't helpful. I approached the booth and started asking questions with the guy and I turned around to address something with my kid for like 5 seconds maybe 10, turn back to finish our conversation and he already moved on trying to sell a T-shirt. I waited for a few moments and it was pretty obvious that the conversation with that customer was being extended for no reason so I walked away disappointed as I was a serious customer.
