Was straight up rude and negative on a call. Was referred to them by family members. But I guess they were wrong about the hospitality part of them. Acted like I was an issue. At least Faircloth talk to me like a friend.
My wife’s car was overheating on her way home late at night. Lucky this place was only a few miles away. Dropped it off and put keys in drop box. Called the next morning to explain what happened. Of course there very busy as all shops are.. I was communicated within a few hours. next morning they said there going to try and fit me in.. fixed us up and all is good within 48 hours. UPDATE: Son has taken over shop for retired parents and is just as honest and thorough as they were. BUENISIMO. Heard about Callaway's when I first moved here 15 years ago. Their reputation for honesty and being good folks is very well deserved. They helped keep my 2013 Vibe alive well past its prime.
