We would give them zero stars if that was an option. Absolutely terrible customer service, especially in not backing up the quality of the trees they sell. Offering no option for credit or refund of defective trees or shrubbery. A complete rip-off for a nursery!
Great perennial selection. Healthy products. Knowledgeable staff. Worth the trip!
I loved this place. They had everything you would need from fertilizer to decor. Best part was the hose nozzle I bought. Going back this year to get another. But best off all very friendly staff.
My customer asked me to pick up a tree from this nursery and plant it for her. I waited over 40 minutes just to pick it up, and after planting, we realized the tree was half dead. The customer called for a refund, and the nursery required the tree to be dug up and brought back. They took no responsibility for selling a bad tree and don’t offer any kind of warranty, unlike most nurseries that stand behind their plants for at least a year.
