Callander Lakeside Medical Clinic is excellent. I have been a patient for Dr. Derrick Yates for at least 16 years - if not longer. He is an incredibly kind, thorough, pays attention to detail and truly takes time to understand your medical history and any concerns you may have. He is not only an amazing physician but an incredibly kind and helpful human being. I am extremely thankful for the service I get from the Callander Lakeside Medical Clinic. Dr.Truong is extremely knowledgeable/professional. In my opinion the entire staff at the medical clinic is extremely hard working and a true pleasure to deal with. I Have been a patient here for almost 17 years and have not even considered going elsewhere that should tell you all you need to know.

Called 23 times before I finally got an answer. Sitting at home sick as a dog. I just needed to make an appointment at the clinic. Was told that I’d have to be one of the first callers the next morning. Too many patients, not enough staff. I never get sick or go to the doctors. Now I remember why, the worst Hospitality. I've received in my life.
