Called because I was stuck in the middle of nowhere and my dog had a medical emergency. I was told they don't take that type of appointments and the nearest emerg was in Barrie. Whoever took my call promptly hung up on me. It's OK to not take emergencies but the total lack of empathy from whoever I spoke to was wild. You would think there would be some compassion or atleast a little bit of help.
This is truly the best veterinary clinic I have ever been to. We have been a client for 3 years and I am consistently left feeling so grateful for them.
Dr. Rodriguez showed genuine care and went the extra mile to complete the exam on my very nervous dog. Highly recommend.
They are a fantastic group of people.
