Honest & trustworthy – I did something stupid and ran into a post with my car. I didn't know where to go or what to do about it. I went to Callahan's because of the reviews I saw here and elsewhere. KC was fabulous. He took care of everything for me and had the car delivered to a special place where they could fix it. Although he coordinated everything and took care of a few scratches, he didn't even charge me. Fantastic Customer Service – This is the first time I've had to have body work done on my car... and everyone at Callahan's was incredibly helpful and provided great customer service. Kevin really took the time to explain what everything meant and made sure I knew what I was signing to before I signed. I never felt more comfortable having work done on my car and would recommend them to anyone!
Above and beyound excellent auto rebuild service. – I walked into Callahan's concerned about my limited knowledge of auto rebuild, and with a complex auto wreck situation. The staff and Kevin became advocates beyound the need of the car. Kevin went out of his way to cnsider my situation and even helped write an ad and took digital pictures for me to use. They were available, returned calls, and clear about expectations and options. This range and quality of service is worth more than just excellent work.
BEST I've ever had – I cannot say enough nice things about Kacee and everyone else at Callahan's. I brought my used Toyota to get an estimate on some body work after finding out it had been in a horrible accident before I bought it and not repaired correctly. Kacee went to the trouble of taking 42 digital pictures of all the areas needing work, calling a salvage yard for me and suggesting a lawyer.
