The service department of this company is great. On Tuesday, my dryer was making a horrible noise. It was still under an extended warranty. The warranty company said ********'s Appliance would be at my house on Thursday. About an hour after this appointment was set, I received a call from ********'s and they said they would fit me in the next day. Today (Wednesday), Dale was the Tech they sent. ********'s and Wyatt specifically did a great job. They were super fast getting my refrigerator fixed and very professional. Wyatt even insisted on covering his shoes even though I said he didn't need to!

My Maytag dryer was not working (no heat) and I contacted Callahan's Appliance to request service. I contacted them yesterday, and they came to my house today and fixed the problem. I was very pleased by the speed of the service and the knowledge of the technician (Dale). Callahan's was able to fix everything under my service contract so I didn't have to pay anything additional for the repairs that they did today. I will definitely contact Callahan's again in the future for appliance repair needs.

Dale came out and did a great job. He called to let me know he was on his way. When he came to my door, he put on shoe covers without any prompting from me. Dale asked me what was going on and LISTENED when I told him! After I finished he addressed everything. He was knowledgeable, patient and polite. I would definitely recommend Callahan's Appliance.

I recently had a great experience with Callahan Appliance Inc. I have a fairly new refrigerator made by Whirlpool. But it's been on the fritz, I new for sure it had to be replaced. If it was another company I'm that's what they would have told me. But Callahan took extra steps and did a full diagnostic on it. They were able to find a special circuit board that isn't made anymore. I tried to find it myself to see if they were pulling the wool over me. They were right! I had a GE microwave that went out 11 months into warranty. GE assigned Callahan's to fix the problem. On 11/30/2017 they replaced a glass fuse with a ceramic one. "That always causes the problem". The same day, the unit went out again, so Callahan's had to come out again and at that point they took the unit to their shop. Over the course of the next SEVEN weeks, my microwave was at their shop. I had a Samsung refrigerator that was leaking water. John from Callahan's came out, and quickly diagnosed the problem. He had to order a part, but he was back out to install within a few days, and fixed my problem. He was so pleasant and professional! Excellent service and reasonable prices! I would highly recommend this company!

I have had to call Callahan's for my dishwasher, washer, dryer, and fridge in the past few years. Each technician that arrived was professional, and very personable. I am very impressed with how quick they responded to my request and they arrived on time, with a technician who was knowledgeable. The customer service is top notch, and their prices are reasonable.
