This is one of the least organized places I have ever experienced. They are only open on Wednesday and you have to drive to Martinsburg most of the time. Many times they wouldn't even show up on Wednesdays either, no explanation, no notice ahead of time. The turnover of therapists there is also very high. They only accept cash or check as a form of payment, and will not accept credit cards. What kind of business only accepts cash in 2018?
