Terrible. Called to get results sent to a specialist and they say they have no record concerning my medical issue or lab results. Which they ordered. I’ve been seeing them for years. Also just this past year they misdiagnosed my husband. Tried to just cover up symptoms instead of getting to the route of the issues. Been calling everyday to get answers and they won’t call me back now. Completely unprofessional.
Callahan Clinic The Doctor's in this Clinic are Wonderful!! The girls at the front desk are also exceptional! If you are ill and it's an emergency situation, they will try their best to "work you in". The Doctor's are very thorough, and I trust them with my health. ALSO.. if you call and leave a message.... I have been a patient of Dr. Doug Callahan for around 8 years. I am a 61yr old recovering woman. I had 3 surgeries in 13 months by supposely the best surgeons in Washington County. They each made stupid mistakes that should have resulted in death. Dixie regional hospital was the main reason my health care was so terrible. The hospital risk manager said they have no responsibility to the patient to get better. I've been going to the Callahan Clinic for over 5 years, and they have been attentive and responsible to all my needs. I am a 60 year old male who visits with Dr, Tom Callahan yearly for a physical. One time they notice a small spike in my prostate count. Most Doctors would of ignored it, not these doctors, they did two- 4 month follow-ups just to make sure there was not a problem. If you want to spend hundreds of dollars to have someone ignore everything you say and never act on anything, then by all means, this is the place for you. Seriously though, their nurse practitioner is a joke and these people don't care about their patients in the least.
