I called to ask if they could unlock my car. I heard the lady ask the guy if he wanted to do it and he straight up said no. Then she lied and told me the guy who does that was in a class. She then quickly got off the phone before I could even ask if anyone else in knob noster offers it. I would never go here for anything terrible customer service!!!
Never Recommend Callahan Body Shop. After having the bumper on my Cadillac STS repainted in July, I noticed some of the paint on the front bumper was peeling off. After looking at it today, I noticed that a considerable amount of the clear coat is gone and it looks like it has been painted by an amateur after only 7 months.
