I bought my hot tub from Callaghan Spas over 6 years ago and have used it almost every day since. It has functioned very well over those years with only a couple of service issues needed. Kelly and Jeb have been very helpful over the years with my service calls and answering all kinds of questions. Most recently Jeb helped me transition my tub away from chlorine due to a skin irritation issue that I developed. I would give them my highest recommendation based on quality, price, and customer service.
Do not go to the other Hot tub stores. Just go see Kelly. I am a local journey level plumber. I’ve already done the research and compared his hot tubs to the other stores. His hot tubs are quality made with local factory support. He sells quality hot tubs for a fair and honest price. He backs everything he sells. He goes to bat for you if you need warranty help. This is the only honest hot tub company in town. They are super Knowledgeable, friendly, and have the best prices in town. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to buy a hot tub, or if they need service/ repairs. They are a fair, honest, and trustworthy company.
