I am from out of the area and caught something in a tire on my 5th wheel camper. After talking to the big chain stores who refused to repair the tire because it was on a camper. I came across Callaghan and they were more than happy to help my situation out. Removed the tire, vulcanized patch from the inside, and new valve stem. Brittany was the lady whom I spoke with and she was very pleasant. They have my trust!!
Mike was the most honest, genuine guy. Took 15 minutes to walk us around our RV explaining everything to us until we clearly understood the issues. He allowed us to video the entire process. Mike and Britney in the office even helped us coordinate further repairs needed. Couldn't be happier!! Thanks for making a tough situation easy!
We got the work done that we wanted and a through explanation of the service repairs.
Friendly women. Workers are fast & nice. Manager is unfriendly & doesn't even look at you or appreciate shout outs. Tried to rip us off on credit card usage fee of 4% even though he was supposed to refund it when. We swapped to debit card over it. I had to correct it with my credit card company.
