I’m from Rhode Island and just moved to Brandon. Woke up on my step daughter’s birthday with a flat tire (and had big plans for the day). Called the shop and told them what happened. They told me they’d order the tire and could get it done for me in an hour. When I showed up, they saw my flat and said they could patch it and send the one they ordered back. My experience, I'll tell you about my experience! I'm never going anywhere else again! I got a flat tire on the interstate and had to be towed, went to Callaghan Tire, was immediately addressed and taken care of by the most polite staff ever, they were actually concerned about my safety and my vehicle. Great staff, the truck yard's a little cramped, but they get you in and out real quick.
When I tell you the service is A1 I mean that with my whole chest. Rome, right away took care on me and had me on my way and still able to make it to work on time. Some people are nice, and some are above and beyond good hearted. He is one of those ones. He helped me to make a decision on what I needed for my truck, I felt good about my purchase, and even better knowing the work that was being done was not only with high standards, but with care for me and the safety of my family. He got a customer for life with me!
Rome is the man. Tire went flat on the freeway, pulled off at a gas station. He saw me struggling with the spare and played Good Samaritan. Great, helpful guy.
