Very disappointing and stressful experience. I experienced several serious issues with this agency, including an attempted illegal rent increase, which I had to take to DMIRS (Consumer Protection WA) to resolve. After challenging the increase, I was asked to vacate the property — which has since remained vacant for months — suggesting possible retaliation. The agent’s conduct also made me uncomfortable. Lovely small company to deal with. Office staff are quick and responsive. You’re not just a number here with the owner Lyn knowing everyone by name.
The property manager is just delightful to work with and she's very quick to respond to phone calls and emails. Everything is very straightforward - excellent working environment. Very professional.
