There are two areas that are designated visitor parking. They are labelled exactly the same and they are side by side. I am visiting my sister who lived in a townhouse in this So being a visitor I parked in the visitor parking . On Tuesday September 26th I went to get my vehicle as I was moving into a new apartment and discovered my vehicle missing.
