Came in for high tea today at noon and it was a full house! So glad I made reservations ahead of time. The restaurant is beautifully decorated from the gorgeous large wooden hutch displaying the prettiest floral plates to the intricate Georgian era romantic tapestries on the wall. This is a hidden gem 💎 in downtown Aurora!!! I have been here a few times for high afternoon tea service and have always been equally impressed by both the quality of the food and the service. You are offered a selection of teas (there are 4 to choose from) that range from fruity to herbal to green to black. It just matters what mood you are in that day. Had a Bridgerton theme tea gathering for my mom and was not disappointed. It was a relaxing environment. The food was good and the host (I did not get his name) but he provided us with excellent service and his wife makes all the delicious food we had. Highly recommend! So put on your best Bridgerton theme gear or not :) and go have some tea and scones.
