Been waiting for a month to hear back from them. Full story. Tech came out recommended a new rinnai heater. I called rinnai and parts are still under warranty for the unit I currently have. Called the whale back passed on the info. After a month still no call back. $95 thrown away. They need to learn how to follow up and fix things and not just run away with a little cash. If they read this and make it right I’ll change my review. Sad it came to this point.
Josh came out the next day to give me a quote. Nick and Jason came out two days later to replace the water heater. Everyone was incredibly professional, super friendly, and they all did a stellar job. Pricing and communication was straightforward. Highly recommend. Thanks!

Call The Whale (CTW) literally “had me at hello.” I love that they answer the phone–I mean they answer it–not some AI feature that screens calls and gathers info first. I am embarrassed to admit I have been meaning to write this since JULY 2026!! I needed an AC repair in July. I wasn’t sure what the issue was, but my AC was not cooling the house. They have a terrible scheduling system. Unlike most vendors who give a 2-4 hour window, they expect you to wait all day. Then I had an appt with a window and the plumber showed up 3 hours early. I thought the plumber was good - Ryan - he just drained my 4 yr old tank- but now I have a tiny bit of water in the tray and it is making the alarm ring very loudly.
