Ryan was fabulous! He fixed a problem the appliance guy could not and reasonably priced Came soon and was so helpful!
The fellow quoted me on a $14,000 new furnace when it took a $600 part to repair my hot water heater. He adamantly stated that he had one in the dumpster with the same problem. Glad I didn’t listen to this guy.
Had central AC installed. I called on a Tuesday morning to make an appointment. The Estimator came that day, gave me a quote and my system was installed Friday! All the people I had contact with were friendly, kind and knowledgeable. They will be my go to company from now on.
I’ve had a terrible experience with Call the Whale for an Air Conditioning installation. I will say, their customer service pre-sale and quality of product is solid and part of why I went with them, despite being more expensive than other businesses. However, they installed our Air Conditioner right below our bedroom window. From our bedroom we can feel vibrations and a loud humming noise from the compressor.
