AI Call Agent scheduled an appointment that apparently they did not have availability for. Re-arranged my day to be available and then got a call stating that they were not available from them. Really poor service.
Josh showed up within 24 hours of our service call and was very professional. Provided all the information needed to help us decide the best option for our water tank replacement. He was also quick to answer additional questions we had on a weekend.
Highly recommend getting in touch with Call the Whale for HVAC/central air work! Josh came out for the estimate quickly after we got in touch and got us estimates the same day he was out. Also huge shout out to our techs Jeremy and Brandon! They were super friendly, worked quickly, and did premium work. I’d be happy to have them work on our house again.
