I called the whale when our renni heater broke. Right from the beginning Jennifer was an absolute gem to work with She was very pleasant. She had someone at our residence within 2hrs to get it looked at. They came today to put in the new one and Joe Hale did an amazing job and was very polite as well. if you need work done definitely call the WHALE they will take awesome care of you.
