I just moved to the area and needed a plumber for my tankless water heater. I was only getting cold water. After going through PSEG who had no experience working with my unit, and 3 plumbers that never even showed, I found Tom. He is a godsend. Once I explained the issue and the unit he scheduled an appt and came on time. He was thorough and knowledgeable. Great service, very professional
Had them come out for an estimate, informed the gentleman that I never received the email with the quote. Called the next day as well, said he would call me back and didn't. Texted him the following day and no response. Still haven't received a quote
Great work. Was able to sort out what the issue and got it fixed.
We called for a night emergency call and Tom arrived within 15 mins. He explained the service and the issue and got us up and running right away. Excellent service! We will be calling him for all future needs.
